Senior Community Manager Team: Community Location: Flexible / Remote Reporting to: VP of Community Role Overview Rwazi’s Community function represents the human surface area of the company — contributors, mappers, enterprise clients, and ecosystem partners. The Senior Community Manager owns ecosystem strategy. This role defines how these groups connect, interact, and reinforce one another within the broader Rwazi network. Community at this level is not messaging. It is network architecture. The Senior Community Manager ensures Rwazi’s ecosystem compounds in trust, density, and strategic value over time. Core Mandate The Senior Community Manager is accountable for: - Designing the structure of Rwazi’s ecosystem - Strengthening relationships across users, mappers, clients, and partners - Creating cross-node interaction within the network - Increasing ecosystem resilience and loyalty - Protecting long-term trust capital This role builds durable relational infrastructure.
