Role Description The RMA Support Representative – Repair Returns is responsible for managing customer inquiries and processing returned materials related to repairs. This role ensures accurate documentation, effective communication, and timely resolution of issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. - Process and track returned repair materials (RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization). - Review returned items to verify repair status, warranty coverage, and documentation accuracy. - Resolve customer complaints related to defective or repaired products in a professional and timely manner. - Maintain records of returns, repairs, and customer interactions for reporting purposes. - Identify recurring product issues and escalate them to the appropriate department. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred). - Previous experience in customer service, returns processing, or repair coordination preferred. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
