Requirements & Solution Definition - Elicit, document, and clarify business and system requirements - Produce clear written artifacts, including: - Problem statements - Requirements summaries Assumptions and constraints / Decisions and tradeoffs - Ensure shared understanding and alignment prior to development or configuration work 4. Tier-4 Support & System Stewardship - Act as a Tier-4 escalation point for complex system issues - Lead resolution of high-impact incidents, including communication and follow-up - Partner with support teams to ensure issues are routed, resolved, and documented appropriately - Identify recurring issues and recommend systemic improvements to reduce future risk 5.
