• Project manage the full implementation process: Oversee getting a client live on Rundoo, from kickoff call post contract to hardware ordering and setup to training and go live support. • Build strong client relationships: Develop a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs and goals, offering support throughout the onboarding process. • Partner with sales development and customer success teams: Collaborate with both teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful transitions, maximizing client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communicator with a track record of building strong, consultative customer relationships
  • Experience in project management with exceptional attention to detail
  • Problem solver who can proactively address client challenges and troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to become an industry expert through working with clients, consulting with experts, and independent learning

Job Summary: The Implementation Sr. Manager serves a critical role in driving the implementation of instED's growth initiatives. Working directly with the VP, Customer Experience this role will work cross-functionally to drive growth projects across instED's growth pillars: risk-bearing entities, strategic partners and contractors. Oncology Data Specialists analyze complex patient cancer data, abstract, code and report cancer statistics. Must ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and quality of the cancer data that is abstracted for use in patient care improvement. Maintains an efficient cancer database of all the patients diagnosed and/or treated with cancer in accordance with the American College of Surgeons requirements.
