This role supports the Director / Area Manager of Projects and serves as the day-to-day owner’s representative for individual projects, ensuring EPC partners and vendors execute in accordance with contractual requirements, safety standards, schedule commitments, and customer operational constraints. This role differs from an EPC Project Manager in that it focuses on owner-side oversight, coordination, and risk tracking, rather than directing daily construction means and methods. The position emphasizes coordination, execution discipline, and risk tracking rather than self-perform construction. This role oversees the Market Development and Permitting teams responsible for municipal coordination, right-of-way readiness, and infrastructure approvals, ensuring projects enter construction fully prepared and aligned with deployment schedules. The Director is accountable for ensuring projects advance through the development lifecycle efficiently while minimizing redesign cycles, permit delays, construction downtime, and capital forecast variance.
