• Responsible for keeping excellent records and maintaining an accurate & timely case manager docket • Preparing and running weekly docket meetings to ensure timely response to all deadlines • Review entry of deadlines into IP docketing database for accuracy • Assisting outside counsel on intellectual property matters • Coordinate filing of new US/PCT patent applications and national stage applications • Preparing and managing filing formal of documents, including Oath/Declarations and Powers of Attorney • Assisting the Paralegal Manager with any other projects, including audits of the portfolio
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of law firm experience in patent prosecution
- 8 years total experience (including in-house experience)
- Strong knowledge of docketing procedures and hands-on experience in one or more docketing tools
- Anaqua experience is a Plus
- Paralegal certificate &/or commensurate work experience
