Role Description This role involves supporting PRISM users across various government agencies. - Work with clients to provide a broad range of implementation and integration tasks including requirements analysis, business process analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support - Help drive successful operation of Unison’s product suite by delivering high quality advisory and support services to government contractors - Ensure assigned tasks are performed on target, on time, and on budget, and that client personnel appreciate the value of the work performed - Understand client’s business objectives and help clients achieve their goals - Interaction with senior client leadership to define project goals, execute against plan and manage issues and risks Consultants are continuously challenged through client projects and build skills towards a fulfilling career. All consultants receive product and federal acquisition training and receive career development guidance from experienced professionals. Qualifications - Professional experience with one or more of the following: - Prior consulting/training experience, preferably with a top consulting firm - Possesses superior client relationship skills - Exceptional written and verbal communications skills - Self-starter, quick learner, and team player - Proficient in the basics of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word - BA or BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Business experience in government contractor functions such as proposal management, contract management and/or procurement is preferable - Washington DC Metropolitan area Requirements - Applicants may need to be the subject of a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, to include U.S. Citizenship. Compensation - Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 - Final compensation will depend on factors such as geographic location, experience, and qualifications. In-Person Interview - Our hiring process requires one in-person meeting, typically the final interview. Travel and accommodations will be provided. Remote Work - On-site working requirements vary. Job Requirements

Join our Clinical Care team at Arine! As a valued team member, you will utilize Arine's software platform to optimize patient outcomes, enhance patient care, and efficiently deliver our clinical services. - Make outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies to intervene in patient cases identified by Arine's platform. - Obtain and accurately document health and contact information. - Schedule appointments and resolve medication-related issues. - Perform patient engagement activities. - Answer inbound customer support requests and handle other assigned duties. - Engage patients over the phone to deliver Arine's services on behalf of their health plan. - Manage a consistent volume of outbound and inbound calls while maintaining productivity and service quality. - Meet individual and team performance metrics related to outreach, engagement, documentation quality, and service outcomes. - Escalate potential medication-related and health-related issues to a pharmacist. - Obtain provider contact information to facilitate the delivery of clinical interventions. - Accurately document all interactions, interventions, and outcomes in Arine's software platform. - Participate in process improvement meetings and team meetings to optimize workflows. - Follow up with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and patients to resolve clinical issues and concerns. - Prepare and send patient educational materials and other necessary items as needed. - Schedule patients for telephonic or videoconference appointments with clinical pharmacists. - Assist with obtaining referrals and authorizations. - Take ownership of assigned work and see it through to completion. • Must be able to generate accurate manual rates for group insurance products, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines. • Review the quote submission to determine what is being requested and ensure all required info has been provided; follow-up on missing information; over time learn what can be quoted with assumptions vs what is absolutely required. • Ensure accurate formatting of census data, extracting key information for rating. • Review plan design information to match in-force plan designs and/or alternates as requested based on a review of Requests for Proposal, Benefit Summaries, complex contracts, and/or internal systems. • Accurately evaluate SIC classifications for Employer Groups. • Partner closely with Underwriting to meet or exceed turnaround time based on broker due dates. • Consult with Underwriters for signoff on non-standard and/or complex plan design requests. • Works on cases of all sizes, all products, with varying degrees of complexity. • Provide support to peer group for high volume transaction periods and during absences. • Partner with other teams to provide support across the organization during high demand. • May assist with building new business proposals, in-force business, and/or renewals.
