Role Description The Privacy Intern will report to Marigold’s VP of Global Data Privacy and provide critical support across internal audits, records reviews, and security collaboration initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to privacy operations within a global SaaS organization. - Review and assess critical vendor documentation to support privacy and compliance standards - Analyze privacy records and recommend updates or improvements to strengthen documentation accuracy and completeness - Assist Legal and Security teams in preparing for and conducting internal audit meetings - Support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives in partnership with the Chief Information Security Office team - Help maintain organized records and documentation related to privacy and data protection programs - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across privacy and security processes Qualifications - Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to review documentation carefully and accurately - Strong organizational and project management skills - Clear written communication skills with the ability to create and improve documentation - Ability to learn new privacy and security concepts and apply them effectively - Comfort working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment Requirements - Exposure to privacy, compliance, or information security concepts (Nice to Have) - Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (Nice to Have) - Interest in pursuing a career in data privacy, legal operations, or security (Nice to Have) Compensation This is an hourly internship role with a pay rate of $20/hour. The compensation range represents the pay the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and applicable law.

As an eDiscovery Litigation Technologist, you will play a key role in supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio. Provide litigation technology support to include, but not limited to the following activities: Monitor changes to laws that impact civil and criminal litigation to determine their impact on current FBI Discovery policies and procedures. Monitor the commercial industry to determine how new technology or best practices can be applied to improve FBI Discovery. Verify that any proposed solution to an existing requirement satisfactorily meets the underlying need. Conduct testing of system upgrades or patches prior to release. Verify that any proposed solution successfully delivers a new functional business capability that addresses one or more existing requirements. Provide advice on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI in support of civil litigation, selected criminal matters, select FOIA requests, Congressional requests, and other external inquiries using the current suite of FBI tools and processes. As a CGS Hmong Chinese Document Reviewer you will play a key role in supporting various aspects of the company's litigation portfolio including eDiscovery activities, workflow management, and litigation support.
