Job Description We are hiring for a number of Sales Specialists, ETF’s to join our team. You will partner and consult with financial advisors to guide the implementation of Columbia Threadneedle's ETF account sales. You will deliver product knowledge, competitor analysis and usable sales approaches across BD, RIA, Private Bank, and Independent channels. In this role you will create Columbia Threadneedle brand recognition and demand. Drive sales by developing, maintaining, and deepening relationships with new and existing advisors. Travel required: 10-20% of time. Key Responsibilities - Represent Strategic Beta/ETF products distributed and marketed by Columbia Threadneedle. Drive sales by developing, maintaining, and deepening relationships with new and existing advisors across BD, RIA, Private Bank, and Independent channels. - Partner with Intermediary wholesaling team to achieve sales goals and objectives through effective territory and resource planning and the use of a consultative sales process and other performance improvement systems. - Maintain and leverage a deep understanding of all accounts/distributors, including specific rules of engagement for distributors. Identify client needs and provide investment and business solutions to the financial advisor. Requirements - 5 -7 years' experience in financial services industry. - 3+ years sales experience. - Knowledge of ETFs and ETF trading. - Licensing - a combination of series 7 and series 66 or series 7, series 63 and series 65. - Proven ability to build strong relationships. - Demonstrated ability to make successful and dynamic sales presentations. Preferred - Understanding of RIA channel. - CIMA. This role will be based remotely in the Los Angeles or San Francisco area. Base Pay Salary The estimated base salary for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. Role Summary The Furniture Account Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth within the Staples Service and Solutions Organization.
