The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional formulates and defines systems and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures and processes to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Validates benefits achieved from solution implementation. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications - 5 or more years of business systems analysis experience/technical experience in healthcare. - Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation - Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering - Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Agile Methodologies. - Experience in problem analysis and process - Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences - Experience with AthenaOne EMR software - Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio Preferred Qualifications - Agile certification (POPM, Scrum Master) - Six Sigma certification Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $80,900 - $110,300 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
