Job Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Finance
- Exceptional analytic skills and ability to build financial models
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Strong Powerpoint or Google Slides skills
- Understanding of Accrual-Based Accounting
- Well organized and goal oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

Finance Lead

• Own day-to-day financial operations across entities, including expense management, payment processing, payroll review, and ensuring strong internal controls and policy compliance. • Oversee all fiat and crypto accounts from an operational perspective, managing liquidity for payroll and operational needs, and maintaining accounting systems (e.g., Xero, Cryptio) and wallet administration. • Act as the primary liaison with external accountants and financial partners, supporting the preparation, review, and submission of annual financial statements, audits, and regulatory filings. • Drive treasury optimization from a capital efficiency standpoint, advising on yield strategies, custody solutions, and risk-managed capital allocation. • Own end-to-end token treasury management across all entities, including inflows/outflows, allocations, vesting schedules, and coordination of token movements. • Lead monthly token treasury reporting and reconciliations for the DAO, ensuring accurate tracking and transparent reporting to founders and the COO. • Serve as the primary point of contact for token strategy and market operations, coordinating with market makers and supporting leadership on token-related decisions.
