Role Description Rattaché.e à la Direction Commerciale de STUDI, vos missions seront les suivantes : - Recontacter nos prospects apprenants afin de répondre à leurs demandes d’information par téléphone, email, messagerie instantanée. - Les accompagner dans le choix de leur future formation et son mode de financement. - Créer une véritable relation de confiance avec eux. - Vendre les formations Studi dans le but d’atteindre vos objectifs commerciaux. Qualifications - Véritable challenger, ambitieux(se), avec la fibre commerciale. - Orienté(e) résultats et aime atteindre des objectifs de vente fixés. - Expérience réussie dans le domaine de la vente en 100% télétravail. - Dynamique, enthousiaste et optimiste, avec de l'empathie et de la curiosité. - Maîtrise parfaite de la communication écrite et orale. Requirements - Expérience dans la vente à distance. • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for voice-enabled and conversational AI products • Integrate and optimize speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and NLP/LLM pipelines • Collaborate closely with ML, Voice UX, and Product teams to bring AI-driven voice features to life • Own backend APIs, data flows, and service orchestration for voice interactions • Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency • Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy

• Design, build, and operate the core services that power Bunny Database and Edge Scripting, using Rust as your primary language • Integrate libSQL/SQLite storage engines and build reliable, intuitive APIs that almost feel like magic • Implement and evolve the control‑plane, data‑plane, and observability pipelines with modern logging & metrics stacks (e.g., ClickHouse) and automated build/deploy workflows • Own the full SDLC: architecture, coding, automated testing, deployment, on‑call rotations, and post‑incident reviews • Collaborate with Product to turn your daily pain points into features that improve user experience • Continuously optimize for low tail‑latency and horizontal scalability across a global PoP network • Write clear technical documentation and example apps that showcase best practices

• Design and build robust backend services that integrate internal systems and third-party APIs to support branding, content, and research workflows. • Lead system architecture decisions for new internal tools and utilities, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. • Develop automation pipelines for tasks like asset delivery, PDF report generation, data synchronization, and marketing material creation. • Own API development end-to-end, including design, documentation, monitoring, and performance tuning. • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, branding, and research teams to understand needs and deliver backend solutions that unlock operational efficiency. • Ensure code quality and security, writing clean, well-tested code with clear documentation and thoughtful error handling. • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices through code reviews and technical discussions. • Drive observability and resilience, setting up logging, monitoring, and alerting for the services you own. • Stay ahead of backend trends, continuously evaluating and introducing tools or patterns that improve development velocity and system performance.
