• Collaborate with design and backend teams • Deliver high-quality user experiences • Participate in code reviews and team meetings

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for voice-enabled and conversational AI products • Integrate and optimize speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and NLP/LLM pipelines • Collaborate closely with ML, Voice UX, and Product teams to bring AI-driven voice features to life • Own backend APIs, data flows, and service orchestration for voice interactions • Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency • Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy
