What can you expect from your work at Afni?  This position is for wireless customer service, so you will be handling mainly inbound calls from people looking for assistance with their wireless accounts. This position may also require upselling. Also, expect stability, encouragement, a cooperative environment where you can learn, grow, and advance.  What do we expect from you as part of this team? You will deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers as well as utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency.
