Job Description

Senior Cathodic Protection Technician

Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS)

• Lead cathodic protection construction efforts • Conduct cathodic protection surveys, corrosion control services/testing/assessment • Perform regulatory-driven cathodic protection surveys and maintenance • Utilize Pipeline Compliance System (PCS) software to ensure compliance • Assist in planning work and contribute budget related information

Job Requirements

  • Certification, diploma or degree in corrosion technology or related field
  • 4 or more years of related experience with cathodic protection systems
  • AMPP/NACE certified Cathodic Protection Technician (CP Level 2 Certification) or higher or Equivalent Certification
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to obtain a TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Card)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with CFR 49, Parts 192, 193 and 195
