• Ensure the development, maintenance, and execution of the sales plan for the territory to achieve the sales target. • Be the primary contact with customers and provide support for clinical applications of the portfolio. • Develop and grow a multi-year capital pipeline. • Remain abreast and capitalize upon opportunities/changes within the territory. • Assume a lead role in the development of the capital sales process. • Collaborate with the Territory Associates to ensure that all capital technologies are fully supported within all stages of the capital sales process. • Ensure capital lines are well positioned and provide customer direction on the shaping of RFP opportunities. • Maintain a current customer account database. • Utilize provided business development tools (CRM).
Customer Experience Representative, Bilingual

• Provides high quality bilingual customer service. • Maintain strong professional relationships with customers, Sales Team, and internal departments. • Handle orders and resolve customer inquiries. • Ensure customer satisfaction while responding proactively to orders or concerns. • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers. • Facilitate resolution of customer concerns ensuring quality of product and service is maintained. • Ensure timely distribution of quotes with appropriate approvals.
Clinical Specialist – PFT

• Provide clinical training, product needs assessments, assist in product evaluations, product conversions, procedural training, in-servicing, and installations. • Provide extensive knowledge of medical devices to ensure sales and marketing teams are up-to-date on clinical best practices. • Work in conjunction with National RES and Atlantic Regional Manager, Territory Managers and Marketing to develop customer relationships. • Provide product demonstration support in hospitals, clinics and other medical facilities as well as post-sales support to new and existing customers. • Work in coordination with the Sales team to achieve goals and budget objectives. • Remain abreast of medical literature, competitive positioning, market trends, customer needs and identify business opportunities. • Ensure expansion of customer base. • Maintain current database of information gained at customer site. • Contribute to the growth and development of the sales team. • Assist in the development of training programs. • Deliver high quality level education and clinical training to all internal and external customers. • Make presentations relating to PFT topics at conferences/tradeshows. • Ensure communication is effective and informative regarding issues which may affect the quality of service or products. • Ensure participation in ongoing training and professional associations as appropriate. • Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices known to nursing staff (product handling, staff codes of conduct, infection control protocols, aseptic technique, privacy requirements, etc.). • Ensure cooperation with special projects as required.
