Customer Renewals Specialist – EMEA

Circle Cardiovascular Imaging

• Manage the full renewal cycle for an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring on-time and accurate contract execution. • Proactively engage with customer stakeholders to confirm satisfaction, address risks, and secure renewal commitments. • Partner with Support, Customer Success Managers and Sales to identify opportunities to prevent down-sell or churn. • Accurately forecast renewal revenue, providing visibility to leadership on pipeline health and risk status. • Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and contracts in alignment with Circle’s policies and approval processes. • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and DealHub, ensuring quotes, contracts, and forecasts are up to date. • Escalate at-risk renewals early and collaborate cross-functionally to develop retention strategies. • Support transitions to subscription models (Evolve, Evergreen, TAP) and ensure customers understand value propositions. • Partner with finance to resolve billing or payment issues tied to renewals.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in previous sales roles, preferably in selling sophisticated technology and ideally in the medical tech sector.
  • Good understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent use of technology.
  • Extensive experience of Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Structured: leads the customer through the process, is organized and responsive.
  • Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills; professional presence and behavior with the ability to handle diverse situations.
  • Outstanding listening, comprehension, and clear, concise and grammatically correct oral and written communication skills.
  • Confident: believes in own abilities and can handle rejection.
  • Focused: does not get sidetracked, knows the destination (the "close").
  • Outgoing: projects a great professional first impression is energized always.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Be detail oriented and have excellent time management skills.
