Job Description
Sales, Client Success Specialist
Mint Source
• Monitor and respond to inbound DMs on Instagram and Facebook, nurturing leads and guiding them toward the right offer (group coaching, 1-on-1, or challenges) • Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ManyChat automations for launches and active funnels; manually send freebies when automations fail • Manage email lists, flows, and automation sequences inside GoHighLevel; keep lists clean and segmented for deliverability • Support launches and promotions by updating funnels, landing pages, and email sequences as needed • Monitor the support/info inbox daily and action or escalate messages within one business day • Process enrollments, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and refunds inside GoHighLevel and Stripe; move clients between group and 1-on-1 coaching as needed • Ensure all new clients are onboarded smoothly, covering DMs, the info inbox, and EverFit messages • Make basic web updates inside GoHighLevel and Shopify as required • Flag brand partnership opportunities and important conversations to leadership within 24 hours • Deliver a monthly business health report covering total clients, new enrollments, cancellations, and upgrades/downgrades
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience managing sales pipelines, DMs, and client fulfillment for a coaching, consulting, or info-product business. This role requires someone who has done this before, not someone learning on the job
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (pipelines, automations, funnels, and basic page edits). Non-negotiable
- Working knowledge of ManyChat, including setting up and monitoring automations, not just using pre-built flows
- Comfort operating inside Stripe, Shopify, and email automation tools as part of daily work
- A sales mindset paired with a service-first approach. You know how to move a lead forward without being pushy, and you treat clients like people, not tickets
- Detail-oriented enough to catch a broken link, a misconfigured automation, or a missed cancellation before it costs the business money or trust
- Proactive by default: you monitor systems, flag issues, and act without being prompted
- Discretion with sensitive conversations — you know when to handle quietly and when to escalate
- Light copywriting ability is a plus: drafting email copy for leadership's final review, not owning it independently
- Prior experience working inside a fitness, health, or wellness coaching business is a plus
Benefits
- Competitive compensation discussed individually based on experience and location
- Part-time, fully remote role with flexible scheduling within U.S. EST hours
- Direct exposure to a high-volume online coaching operation across sales, automation, and client success
- Clear KPIs and defined ownership. You'll know exactly what a great job looks like from Day 1
- Back-office support from Mint Source for payroll, onboarding, and HR
