CTS is an expert in implementing state of the art and flexible interventions that involve traditional and nontraditional resources and stakeholders in the youth’s welfare. Create and manage a safe and positive residential treatment environment. Ensure the therapeutic setting is positive, strengths-based, and developmentally appropriate, aligned with Legacy Treatment Services' values and treatment philosophy. Meet all administrative, legal, and program requirements set by operating contracts and regulatory bodies (e.g., OOL, DCP&P, COA). Oversee and coordinate all aspects of a resident’s clinical treatment, including providing individual, family, and group therapy as part of the treatment plan in collaboration with the treatment team.
