These are what the community we are creating stands for. - Accountability - Reliability - Tenacity - Transparency - Problem-Solving - Passion About the Role The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships in assigned market(s), ensuring the seamless execution of all client campaigns and projects, and delivering against market goals. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, detail-oriented, and have exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities - Be the face of NurseDash to our facility clients in designated market by building strong relationships through exceptional customer service and timely communication - Manages and grows our facility relationships to achieve and surpass targets while ensuring retention and customer satisfaction - Executes account management tactics (weekly client outreach, site visits, etc.) and playbook (e.g., QBRs, client planning, client tiering, customer satisfaction, etc.) - Works collaboratively and cross departmentally to ensure that supply and demand dynamics are in balance in market; and to ensure customer feedback is shared to be built into our platform - Business development with potential clients in new markets or regions - Monitor client performance and provide regular updates to clients (savings reports, etc.) - Conduct research and analysis to support the development of client strategies - Attend client meetings and participate in client presentations as needed - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field. - 2-5+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer service, or related fields. - Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as necessary - Proficient in Google Suite and other remote work tools; CRM familiarity - Willingness to travel within the assigned region - Must be located in greater Houston area; role is remote but some in person with clients Benefits - Work remotely - Medical, Dental, and Vision (Available to US team members only) - 401k Matching (Available to US team members only) - Opportunity to work with a global team INT1

Integrate Pearson’s higher education priorities into unified Pearson advocacy efforts, leveraging shared expertise and resources to maximize impact across the U.S. - Advocate for policies that expand and enhance access, funding, and regulatory support for higher education institutions, programs, and innovations. - Work in partnership with internal leadership to identify priority issues and develop targeted advocacy strategies at both the state and local levels. - Track and respond to legislative and regulatory proposals that affect postsecondary education, courseware policies, credentialing standards, online learning, and academic innovation. - Monitor emerging technology policies and best practices related to student data privacy, advocate for the ethical use of AI tools in education, and support initiatives that strengthen teacher readiness for AI‑enabled instructional environments. - Educate policymakers and stakeholders on the benefits and outcomes of Pearson’s education programs and policy proposals to influence positive policy decisions. Additional Duties: - Monitor and analyze policy developments, regulatory changes, and education trends that could impact business and strategic goals. - Support and implement, in coordination with the government relations team and senior leadership, a state and local government relations strategy to help advance and protect Pearson’s policy and procurement priorities in assigned states. - Work collaboratively across teams to pursue policy solutions, enable innovative products, and build partnerships to drive Pearson’s mission. - Build and foster relationships with government leaders, policymakers, regulators, industry stakeholders, and influencers. - Direct and provide management oversight of the efforts of multiple outside contract-lobbying consultants, including setting and executing the strategy to win on high impact priorities. - Represent Pearson at high-profile meetings, conferences, and public forums to position the company as a thought leader in education innovation. Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: The minimum full-time salary range is between $160,000 - $200,000.
