Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales quota carrying experience - ideally in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent categories)
  • You have been an integral part of at least one great business success story, and know what it takes to deliver outlier results.
  • A strong background in getting B2B software-led product sales across the line. You are an expert individual contributor with an excellent track record.
  • You're willing and able to build out strong pipelines, whilst fluidly partnering with a BDR.
  • You can accurately forecast your sales results, you see the gaps in your pipeline and you are ahead of the curve, you strive to always go above and beyond.
  • You have experience collaborating with teams across a growing company and building strong relationships.
  • Thrive in a global remote team environment.

Your main responsibilities will include: - Be the calm, compassionate voice on the line—delivering knowledgeable support to members via phone and email. - Listen closely to understand member needs, proactively managing concerns and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly. - Confirm membership status and eligibility before coordinating emergency air evacuations, repatriation flights, commercial returns, and mortal remains transport. - Work closely with medical professionals, funeral homes, and transport providers to ensure clear timelines and seamless service delivery. - Accurately document all case activity and communication to support continuous care and recordkeeping. - Process member claims and travel itineraries, handling sensitive data with full PCI and HIPAA compliance. - Support special projects and participate in our on-call rotation to uphold MASA’s 24/7/365 commitment to our members.
