Job Description The Customer Service Representative plays a role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This position serves as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to orders, products, and services. The representative works closely with customers and the sales team to provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring a positive experience throughout every interaction. This is a remote position, but the hire must be located near Jasper, IN. Key Responsibilities - Communicate effectively with internal teams, service agents, sales representatives, and management. - Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries, including order status, product details, and program information. - Assess issues and determine appropriate resolutions for both internal and external stakeholders. - Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, meeting departmental standards. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, including stock and custom items. - Stay informed about new products and product updates. - Investigate and process warranty replacement requests. - Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. - Ensure complete resolution of customer issues.
