Job Description

Sr. Demand Generation Manager

Knotch

About The Role We’re looking for a Sr. Demand Generation Marketer who can build and execute the programs that fill our funnel and potentially take on a larger role in Knotch’s marketing org. You’ll design campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and meetings, with a special focus on in-person events as a growth channel.. You’ll own the playbook for our monthly in-person events — managing recruitment, guest experience, and post-event follow-up — while also building digital & outbound programs that complement these touchpoints. This is a foundational marketing role with real impact and visibility. You’ll work closely with the Knotch executive team to turn Knotch’s positioning into pipeline. Responsibilities - Own demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, email, and event channels. - Lead event execution for in-person & virtual events: manage logistics, guest lists, and recruitment strategy for 20–40 person executive gatherings in key cities and larger events 1-2x/year. - Develop CTAs, offers, and post-event nurture strategies to ensure meetings and pipeline follow directly from event activity. - Collaborate with the Sr. Product Marketing Manager on messaging, creative, and campaign strategy. - Collaborate with Sales on campaign follow up. - Measure and optimize campaign performance to improve efficiency and conversion. - Work with agencies and contractors to scale execution while maintaining quality and brand alignment. - Continuously test and refine approaches to maximize ROI and learn what works best for our audience. How to be Successful - 7+ years of B2B SaaS, platform, and/or software-related experience in demand generation, field marketing, or growth marketing at a start-up or growth stage company. - Experience managing or supporting in-person event programs (dinners, roundtables, conferences). - Hands-on experience with sales intelligence, sales & marketing automation, CRM, and campaign analytics tools, including Clay/Clay equivalents. - Data-driven approach and a strong understanding of pipeline metrics. - Collaborative working style and a bias toward execution and iteration. - Creativity and resourcefulness — you know how to make an impact with lean resources. Why Join Knotch You’ll design and own the marketing programs that power Knotch’s growth. From high-impact executive events to integrated demand campaigns, your work will directly influence how we engage the market and win new business. The salary range for this opportunity is $100,000 - 150,000 USD depending on experience. Compensation for Canada-based applicants will be determined based on experience and location. Our Benefits and Perks Knotch is a fully remote company. Candidates may work from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. Some of our other great benefits include: - comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance eligibility - 401(k) plan - unlimited PTO - 10+ company-paid holidays - a daily company-wide break, and more! Equal Opportunity Employer Knotch is a US based equal opportunity employer. We strive to provide equal opportunities in all of our processes, including our hiring and employee experience. We pride ourselves on our three values: transparency, relentlessness, and inclusiveness. We commit to daily work towards leading with empathy, reducing bias through periodic training, and engaging with and uplifting communities of marginalized groups. We condemn all forms of racism and discrimination on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, pregnancy or parenthood status, veteran status, disability status or any other identifier. We encourage all employees, clients, investors, candidates, vendors, and friends of Knotch to deliver honest feedback directly or anonymously so that we may always seek to improve as an organization that is dedicated to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
