Call Center AR Supervisor

Lithia

• Lead, develop, and motivate a remote, cross-functional AR team • Support the AR Manager in coordinating daily operations, reporting, and process improvements • Monitor team performance and hold individuals accountable to KPIs • Manage staffing levels and workflow to ensure deadlines are met, including month-end and year-end close • Handle escalated issues with professionalism and sound judgment • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service • Drive continuous improvement in AR processes and tools • Maintain positive working relationships across departments • Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports • Embrace and support changes in structure, systems, and processes

Job Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of team leadership experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable or Collections
  • Prior experience managing call center or high-volume support teams
  • Proven success in leading remote employees across different roles and functions
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make decisions independently
  • Critical thinking and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Qualifications - Experience in sales roles, with skills in building trust, listening, and overcoming objections. - Recent college graduates with 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment. - Bonus points for experience in a healthcare environment, start-up, or sales capacity.
