To learn more about us, visit www.impact-advisors.com Job Overview The Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant delivers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions that help our healthcare clients achieve better business performance through implementation of Oracle Fusion’s seamless Financial, Human Capital, and Supply Chain suite. Responsibilities - Lead and execute day-to-day activities of Oracle Fusion advisory engagements for healthcare clients, including implementation support, process design and project reviews - Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures for Oracle Fusion implementation and/or optimization activities for functions such as: - HCM Core - Absence - Benefits - Compensation - Performance and Talent - Recruiting - Time Tracking - Learning - Interactions with Payroll and Finance - Develop and execute unit and system test plans - Drive cross-team design and development via functional leadership and mentoring - Help troubleshoot issues and processes and aggressively drive toward resolutions - Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities for Impact Advisors’ ERP Practice and other service lines About You - 7+ years of experience in ERP HCM implementation required - Healthcare experience required - Minimum of two full life cycle implementation with Oracle Fusion HCM - Demonstrated leadership abilities for project teams and client management - Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Fusion Specialized Certifications (Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Performance & Talent, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Learning, Payroll, etc.) - Experience with and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general module functionality - Experience with Oracle Fusion integration processes and Best Practices - Proficient with office productivity software, such as, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Visio and MS Project desirable - Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one settings and group presentations - Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills - Team player and ability to multi-task in a progressive and fast-paced environment - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,767-$205,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. Overview Lucayan Technology Solutions is seeking Architecture Consultant to provide architectural guidance and support for the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions. Multiple positions are available. These roles will focus on ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant while meeting business and IRS-specific requirements. The ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in M365 architecture, cloud solutions, and federal or large enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and optimize Power Platform environments and deployment pipelines. - Develop architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for M365 solutions. - Advise project teams on integration, configuration, and optimization of M365 tools, including Power Platform, Azure, Exchange, Intune, and SharePoint. - Collaborate with stakeholders and IRS SMEs to align solutions with business objectives and IRS-specific compliance requirements. - Prepare and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical design artifacts. - Provide guidance on security, scalability, and maintainability of cloud-based M365 solutions. - Support technical decision-making and serve as a subject matter expert on M365 architecture.
