Job Description

Virtual Producer (Arabic language, on-demand)

Virtasant

About Virtasant Virtasant is a global technology services company with a network of over 4,000 technology professionals across 130+ countries. We specialize in cloud architecture, infrastructure, migration, and optimization, helping enterprises scale efficiently while maintaining cost control. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies to fast-growing startups, relying on us to build high-performance infrastructure, optimize cloud environments, and enable continuous delivery at scale. Our client is one of the world's largest talent associations, dedicated to those who develop talent in organizations. With members that come from more than 120 countries and work in public and private organizations in every industry sector, our client is searching for talented, dynamic, and highly motivated individuals to join their ever-growing pool of virtual producers. About the role Our client's Education Team executes the delivery of 500+ open enrollment and corporate courses annually. They work to provide exceptional, impactful, industry-leading learning experiences for their attendees. In addition, their team serves as the liaison to 120+ course instructors around the globe. Our client is looking for Virtual Producers to be able to join and give support to worldwide online programs. As a Virtual Producer, you will support the online production and technical delivery of live Education sessions (over video conferencing software). This would mean assisting the facilitator (course instructor) with interaction and moderation. You would provide detailed instructions to participants on using available tools and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise. This role provides a unique opportunity to be on the front lines of helping individuals and organizations achieve success through high-quality learning experiences. This is not a facilitator, teacher, coach, or instructional design role. All of those professions are essential to e-learning but that's not the type of professional our client is looking for in this very specific role. Responsibilities - Support facilitators to create a successful learning experience for participants. - Manage the technical delivery of live remote events (via video conferencing tools) by providing technical guidance and instruction. - Track time and deploy activities such as helping participants use interactive tools, set up break-out rooms, polls, and screen shares within the virtual delivery platform. Required Qualifications - Perfectly fluent in Arabic - 1-3 years of related experience navigating and supporting the virtual classroom in Adobe Connect. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, and Webex are also highly desirable. - Capability to support facilitators and help create successful learning experiences, including troubleshooting participant technology challenges. - Proven experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to build effective external relationships. - Ability to confidently interact with the facilitator and participants to minimize technical issues and maximize engagement. - Ability to manage stress and perform quickly and calmly under pressure on any issue and proactively reach out to the proper channels for assistance. - Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to respond in a friendly and professional manner through verbal and email communications. - Typical Working Hours: 7:30am to 11:30am US Eastern Time (times may occasionally vary) Further details Our client's network of course instructors teaches these amazing online courses via WebEx, Adobe Connect, and potentially other video conference tools. The instructor does their thing - to teach - and they need help in the background, and here is where you would come along! You would prepare the session, greet the students/attendees, troubleshoot any technical difficulties the attendees might have, run polls/surveys, set up breakout rooms, share the instructor screen, etc. This way, the instructor can impart their course without having to worry about all the production side of things, and attendees can rest assured that everything will go smoothly (and that you are there to help if it doesn't). Successful candidates will be the ones who have done this exact job in the past. Our client has been very clear about this! If that's not your case, unfortunately, we won't be able to consider you. This is an on-demand role without a set number of hours per day, nor a set timetable, as it will be determined by the scheduling of a course, on any given day (Monday to Friday) Our recruitment process - Recruiter interview (30 min) - Take-home assessment (audio/video recording) - Client Interview (with an HR member, 30 minutes) - Client interview (with the hiring manager, 30 to 45 minutes) We strive to move efficiently from step to step so that the recruitment process can be as fast as possible. What we offer - Totally remote, on-demand, tipically half-day engagements - Contractor (freelance) agreement - Payment in USD, by-weekly or monthly - your choice
