About the Role: The Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. This role involves providing high-quality, compassionate mental health care, prescribing appropriate medications, and developing comprehensive treatment plans. The General Psychiatrist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients What you'll do: Clinical Care: - Provide exceptional clinical care to children and adolescents with mental health disorders. - Conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and oversee medication management. - Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients. - Stay abreast of advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry through continuing education and professional development. - Address the clinical needs of your patient panel in a timely fashion, commensurate to the acuity of their situation, and in accordance with professional norms and best practices.
