Job Requirements
- 3+ years of mortgage origination experience
- Strong emphasis on purchase transactions
- Active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or Loan Originator under a federal bank license
- Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education
- Successful passage of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test
- Proven success in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment or agent-centric referral model
- Strong client service orientation
- Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
