Qualifications - 3+ years of Customer Service experience (Retail or Front of House preferred). - A passion for dogs makes this role much more fun. - Familiarity with Windows desktops, Google/Microsoft Office suites, and Zoom. - Excellent typing and multitasking skills (ability to operate on two screens at once). - Friendly, approachable, and able to offer reassurance during stressful situations. - High School Diploma or Equivalent.
