Role Description As a Participant Experience Specialist, you are the voice of our firm with the primary goal being to provide high quality, accurate, and time-sensitive service to our customers. - Answer questions about retirement plan solutions with emphasis on knowledge, problem solving, and adherence to policies and procedures. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to anticipate the needs of callers and build rapport with customers. - Educate customers about the services provided for their retirement needs. - Adapt to changes in the market, industry, or company policies and business conditions. - Balance time effectively to ensure the department meets expected service levels. - Meet established goals and objectives: customer experience, first contact resolution, call quality, and call handling time. - Become an internal stakeholder in the future of the organization through suggestions and participation in improving customer service. - Efficiently navigate through systems/websites to maximize response time and resolve service requests while maintaining ownership and accountability. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required - College degree preferred - Minimum 1-year experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail sales with a high degree of direct customer service - Prior experience working with qualified plans and/or financial industry experience (preferred but not required) - Strong learning agility - Results oriented - Excellent written, verbal, active listening, and interpersonal skills required - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational skills - Bilingual capabilities (Spanish) a plus Requirements - Hourly rate: $17.30 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience - Eligibility to participate in the company's bonus program

Role Description Our client is seeking an experienced Large Loss Property Claims Examiner to manage a portfolio of complex, high-severity Residential and Commercial property claims throughout the New England region. This role requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage high-exposure and litigated claims while delivering strong outcomes and exceptional service to all stakeholders. The ideal candidate has extensive experience handling large loss property claims including litigation management, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with legal counsel, independent adjusters, experts, and insureds to drive efficient and compliant claim resolution. This is a fully remote position (must reside in a New England state). - Independently manage a caseload of large loss residential and commercial property claims from initial notice through final resolution. - Conduct detailed investigations to determine coverage, liability, and loss exposure in accordance with applicable policy language and state regulations across the New England region. - Establish and maintain accurate financial reserves based on claim developments, expert evaluations, and potential litigation outcomes. - Direct and manage litigation strategy in partnership with defense counsel, including review of pleadings, participation in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation when necessary. - Evaluate coverage issues, policy interpretation, and complex liability exposures to ensure accurate claim handling and compliance. - Collaborate with independent adjusters, forensic accountants, engineers, and other experts to evaluate damages and determine appropriate claim strategies. - Negotiate settlements within granted authority and develop resolution strategies that balance fair outcomes with loss cost management. - Ensure timely and accurate administration of claims in compliance with state regulations and company guidelines across multiple New England jurisdictions. - Maintain proactive diary management and drive files toward efficient resolution and closure. - Identify potential subrogation and recovery opportunities and coordinate recovery efforts when applicable. - Provide clear and professional communication with insureds, brokers, claimants, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders. - Analyze claim trends and severity drivers and provide recommendations to mitigate overall loss exposure. - Participate in claim reviews, roundtables, and quality assurance discussions to maintain technical excellence and best practices. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience handling large loss residential and/or commercial property claims, including litigated files. - Strong experience managing high-severity and high-exposure claims. - Experience working for an insurance carrier. - Adjuster license required where applicable within New England states or ability to obtain. - Demonstrated ability to set, evaluate, and manage large loss claim reserves effectively. - Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverage, liability analysis, and litigation management. - Experience coordinating with defense counsel, independent adjusters, and expert vendors. - Skilled negotiator with strong litigation management and settlement strategy experience. - Proficiency with claims management systems and documentation platforms. - Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
