• Provide instruction to members of NATO and partner nation special operations forces during NATO Special Operations University (NSOU) courses, to include the Special Operations Component Command (SOCC) Planning Course and SOCC Joint Operations Center / Air Operations Center Course • Provide subject matter expertise / instructor support to other NSOU courses, NATO SOF doctrinal publications development, and to augment NATO Allied SOF Command at multi-national exercises • Teach the NATO defense planning process • Facilitate small group discussions and seminar panel discussion events to achieve student learning objectives • Design, develop, and deliver Special Operations curriculum for multi-national students of varying ranks on the tenets of NATO doctrine in an English as a Second Language learning environment • Assist in the design, development, and delivery of new curriculum for the NATO Special Operations Forces Advisor / Liaison Officer Course to educate Special Operations liaison officers at the NATO Special Operations Component Command and Task Group levels

• Support ongoing data center switching initiatives within the NAE team • Assist with Out-of-Band (OOB) management switch replacements utilizing Arista platforms • Contribute to Arista switching build-out for an iSCSI enclave supporting service migrations • Support the design and implementation of new Oracle RAC infrastructure leveraging Arista switching • Assist with switch configuration, validation, testing, and documentation activities • Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts • Collaborate with network engineers to ensure high availability, resiliency, and performance • Develop and maintain technical documentation and implementation procedures • Gain exposure to enterprise data center operational processes and change management workflows

• Create and maintain feature classes and replicas, and publish them on ArcGIS server • Create and maintain automated jobs using python and arcpy plugin • Create and maintain ArcGIS Pro add-in tools using python/C# .NET • Perform database maintenance tasks using Oracle and SQL database systems • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and guides • Work with business users to develop requirements and implement acceptance tests to ensure that product meets customer requirements and expectations • Actively engage in process improvement initiatives • Use the best development practices, and appropriate patterns to develop required software solutions • Formulate and define system scope and objectives, based on the individual needs of each user • Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and ensure that technical knowledge of all phases of application systems is maintained • Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures • Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues • Support other software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities • Collaborate with the development team to brainstorm and create new products to achieve team goals • Make informed decisions quickly and take ownership of services and applications at scale

• Direct multiple design teams simultaneously executing various projects and programs for multiple clients • Develop a team of engineers by training, coaching, and nurturing Leidos’ engineering talent • Grow and build a high functioning high voltage transmission line team. • Supervise staff by approving timesheets and running the annual performance review process • Participate proactively as a member of the leadership team of the EPC Solutions Section • Create responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from clients for new work including proposal creation and definition of scope of work • Possess a growth mindset to foster creative problem solving for our clients’ most complex issues • Promote continuous improvement to develop streamlined processes and tools that facilitate improvements to departmental technical resources via innovation and automation • Delegate tasks to staff, forecast and plan their future workload, and run recruiting activities to support aggressive growth goals • Drive the quality control process for the execution team to ensure the highest level of quality in all deliverables • Liaise with clients to maximize affinity, facilitate business development growth, and foster long-term relationship building
