Fleet Support Administrator

SIXT

• You are responsible for the day-to-day planning and operations of the fleet, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times • You will monitor and track shift activities, including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future vehicle needs, to maintain optimal fleet performance • You will plan and dispatch vehicles based on hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts, ensuring our fleet is ready to meet customer requirements • You will coordinate vehicle transfers between branches, facilitating seamless operations and maintaining service levels • You will communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of all car rental transactions while managing the branch’s inventory effectively

Job Requirements

  • You have a high school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment
  • Automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental industry experience preferred
  • You possess basic computer navigation skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • You are highly organized, capable of managing fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation
  • You are at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and are authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
  • You can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and are open to travel (5-10%)

ESA V is an IT applications and infrastructure services program supporting several customers within the Department of Justice (DOJ), including the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). The program provides a range of IT services, including software application support, enterprise infrastructure support, service desk, ITSM, deskside support, workstation engineering and maintenance, telecommunications and mobility engineering services, managed print services, Active Directory services, and video conferencing. The program is expanding and is adding a dedicated Sr SharePoint administrator to support the ATF customer. The person hired for this position will support infrastructure services, operations and maintenance across the whole ATF SharePoint environment. This position requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be personable and articulate and will focus on making sure that customers’ and users’ IT needs are met quickly and effectively. He or she will be a self-starter who can work with limited supervision. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interface with customers and users, understand their needs and issues, and then be able to translate them into actions. This position is 100% remote and requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; this position also offers the ability for significant virtual support. This position is contingent on receipt of required clearance from the Government customer.
