Job Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience building and delivering data/platform/process solutions, ideally in a fast-moving environment
- Experience creating architecture from scratch with limited resources—combining existing tools/solutions and adapting them to fit specific business needs
- Strong skills in Python and SQL
- Solid understanding of data architecture, system design, and integration patterns
- Comfortable working with ownership and autonomy
- Fluent professional English (spoken + written)

Role Description Seeking an experienced Report Data Architect to design and maintain enterprise reporting data models and architecture frameworks supporting KPIs, dashboards, operational reporting, and advanced analytics. This role will collaborate closely with enterprise architects, data engineers, reporting teams, and business stakeholders to develop scalable data solutions aligned with modernization initiatives and governance standards. • Meet with onboarding clients to assess data strategy, requirements, and expectations for migration. • Analyze client source systems and create detailed data maps into the Practifi data model. • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to design and execute scalable migration strategies. • Functionally QA and validate data after loading to ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness. • Build and maintain data migration best practices, documentation, and repeatable frameworks. • Partner with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure migrations align with overall project scope and timelines. • Execute templated data loads using Salesforce Inspector
• Design and architect scalable Azure-based data solutions. • Work extensively with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Data Factory and related data services. • Support and guide implementation within Microsoft Fabric environments. • Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models. • Collaborate on reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI. • Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and mentorship (Fabric trainee-level support as needed). • Participate in a monthly onsite session (~2 hours) in Southern California.
