We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized WFH Destination Wedding Coordinator to assist clients with planning and coordinating destination wedding arrangements and related travel logistics. In this role, you will support couples by researching venues, accommodations, transportation options, and event-related services to ensure a seamless experience. You will help manage documentation, coordinate reservations, and maintain clear communication throughout the planning process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, event coordination, and delivering high-quality client service in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: - Research wedding destinations, venues, accommodations, and travel arrangements - Prepare and organize proposals, quotes, and itinerary details - Communicate with clients to gather preferences and provide updates - Coordinate with vendors and service providers to confirm bookings - Maintain accurate digital records and documentation - Provide professional and timely support to ensure a smooth planning process
