Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results. - Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement. - Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. - Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed. Qualifications - Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution. - Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible. - Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP). - Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Job Requirements
