• Engage in daily communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and success across campaigns. • Translate client objectives into campaign strategies and tactics, unlocking value and efficiency in campaign execution. • Developing and implementing media strategies to support client goals. • Manage the day-to-day activities of the junior media team members, including assigning projects, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality standards are met. • Managing budgets and making recommendations for allocation of funds. • Analyze results and deliver actionable insights to clients. • Apply analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns and maximize performance. • Provide proactive coaching, task management, and timeline requirements to specialists, fostering growth and functional expertise. • Take ownership of performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to support team development.

• Provide remote counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. • Collaborate with clients to identify concerns, define counseling goals, and develop actionable treatment plans. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all state, federal, and company policies (i.e., HIPAA). • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, meetings, and training opportunities. • Integrate Christian faith and psychological best practices in therapy as appropriate. • Refer clients to other resources or specialists as needed. • Engage in occasional community outreach or ministry initiatives relevant to Light Counseling’s mission. • Provide clinical supervision or mentorship to interns and residents (if qualified).

• Deliver billable consulting engagements (e.g., optimization audits, strategy workshops, test planning, performance reviews). • Onboard new clients by helping them launch their Digital Optimization programs by understanding their needs, setting goals, and developing account plans. • Provide ongoing guidance to maximize program ROI and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Partner with Marketing to create high-impact content, such as blog posts, guides, playbooks, and webinars.
