Role Description As a Healthcare Economics Consultant on our team, you will build financial models, analyze claims data and develop reports for stakeholders. You will have the ability to observe large-scale data trends as well as dig deep into the details. Our team is focused heavily on optimizing and automating many of our processes through various programming languages. As a Data Analyst, you will translate data into meaningful insight; and this insight will support strategic business decisions aimed at improving both the affordability and accessibility of healthcare for our members. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities: - Model out scenarios to forecast impact of business strategies - Provide consulting services to external clients to understand and improve pharmacy benefit insights - Use detailed claims data to identify and solve a range of problems within the pharmacy and medical benefit - Write queries from relational databases and summarize information in a meaningful way - Prioritize and organize own work to meet client deadlines - Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving requirements Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - 3+ years of analytical experience - 1+ years of work experience with SQL - Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities Requirements - Healthcare informatics and/or medical claims experience - Beginner to intermediate level proficiency with R, Python and/or other statistical programs - Beginner to intermediate level proficiency with Tableau and/or Power BI or other visualization tools - Proven ability to communicate and present data to stakeholders Benefits Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as: - Comprehensive benefits package - Incentive and recognition programs - Equity stock purchase - 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements) The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. • Create data visualizations • Troubleshoot and test database technical issues with development team • Create monthly Excel and Google Sheets files from database • Independently analyze data sets to identify opportunities for increased accuracy and efficiency • Perform quality assurance on data to determine potential data gaps • Handle data-related technical issues and support data infrastructure needs • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business • Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.

• Own the ESC reporting cadence. • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports. • Monitor core ESC performance metrics. • Support capacity and workload data analysis. • Analyze Workday transactions and HRSD workflows end-to-end. • Conduct deep-dive investigations on recurring issues and bottlenecks. • Partner with P&O on longer term workflow needs. • Drive data-informed continuous improvement. • Support ESC and enterprise backlogs with strong analytics. • Partner on cross-functional programs and cyclical events. • Protect and improve data quality. • Communicate insights clearly and accessibly. • Maintain confidentiality and integrity.

• Create, maintain, and distribute reports related to clinical outcomes, surveillance, and risk mitigation on a regular basis • Utilize multiple computational languages, platforms and environments to mine and manage data in preparation for analysis and/or reporting • Provide clinical insights and data trends to support and inform a multitude of projects and initiatives across the organization • Present data to and work closely with a variety of stakeholders including senior-level operators and teammates in the clinics • Synthesize results in a non-technical manner to inform recommendations and next steps for leadership • Create cohesive presentations based on findings, summarizing insights from analysis • Act as a collaborative partner during strategy meetings • Become a subject matter expert and thought partner in clinical and methodologic areas • Willing to travel (up to 10% of time)
