Role Description The Implementation Delivery Lead (IDL) will help support the system development and testing for Channel Partner implementation clients. The IDL is directly responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class HR software and services. - Work with the Implementation Leader to manage Implementation kick-off meetings, requirements discussions and status meetings with clients - Manage timelines through managing client expectations, anticipating possible issues and communicating turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates - Perform analysis and configure system as needed and lead the team with other bswift resources (product management, EDI) to meet client deliverables - Work with the Implementation Lead to analyze Benefits Class Matrix, Requirements Template, Rates, Permissions, Field Options, Site Text, Import files of Demographic and Benefit Data, Export of vendor files, and other items as needed - Configure system as needed based on clients requirements, testing new and existing system functionality to ensure accuracy of client system configuration - Work with Implementation Lead to train clients on new site and processes for implementation live date - Continuously refine and improve efficiency of the implementation process and proactively identify and mitigate project risks Qualifications - 4-year degree in related field, or equivalent experience - 3+ years’ experience in account management - Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions - Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment - Must be able to quickly sort through complex subject material - Strong analytical skill-set and ability to effectively use data for strategy - Proficiency in Excel, VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables is required - Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS or related software Benefits - Comprehensive Health Benefits: Access to health, dental, and vision plans to support your wellness and that of your family. - Competitive Compensation: A compensation package that recognizes your skills, experience, and contributions, including performance-based incentives for most roles. - Remote first, Office friendly environment! - Retirement Savings Plans: Options to help you plan for a secure financial future with employer-sponsored retirement savings programs. - Professional Development: Opportunities for career growth, including training and access to resources to support your career progression. - Supportive Culture: A work environment that encourages collaboration, open communication, and creative problem-solving, where your voice and ideas are valued. - Employee Wellbeing Initiatives: Programs focused on mental health, financial planning, and wellness resources to help you thrive inside and outside of work. - Make an Impact: At bswift, your work directly contributes to transforming how organizations approach benefits administration and client engagement.
Job Requirements
- 4-year degree in related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in account management
