About the Role We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Vendor Manager, responsible for managing strategic vendor relationships, attending partner conferences, and supporting company events. This role is pivotal in driving partner engagement and aligning vendor strategies with our business goals. This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic vendor partners across all technology aquisition - Align vendor strategy with business objectives in collaboration with Sales and Sales Operations - Attend vendor conferences, summits, and partner events to represent Quadbridge - Support planning and execution of internal and co-branded events (webinars, training, campaigns) - Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with vendors and internal stakeholders - Track vendor program performance and report on KPIs, rebates, MDF, and incentive utilization - Coordinate with Sales Ops and Buyers to ensure vendor terms and programs are properly implemented - Provide strategic input on vendor selection, onboarding, and renewal decisions - Maintain up-to-date documentation on vendor contacts, certifications, and program details - Act as an escalation point for vendor-related issues impacting sales or operations - Communicate effective internal enablement to sales and sales leadership - Drive MDF gains through collaboration with Marketing - Contribute to internal enablement by sharing vendor updates, tools, and training resources - Participate in leadership meetings to inform partner strategy and cross-functional planning Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in the IT channel; 10 years preferred - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year, including cross-border travel between the US and Canada - Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to foster trust and long-term partnerships - Strategic mindset with a strong focus on business development and partner growth Nice-to-have: - Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to represent the company effectively in high-stakes discussions and influence outcomes - Analytical and data-driven approach; comfortable using performance metrics and market insights to guide vendor strategy and decision-making - Adaptability and resilience; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can pivot strategies as needed to meet changing business needs Why Quadbridge: • Invest in Your Future – Benefit from our RRSP program to help you plan ahead • Grow With Us – Take advantage of ongoing professional training and development opportunities. • Comprehensive Coverage – A complete health, dental, life, STD and LTD insurance plan • Top-Tier Equipment – We provide everything you need to do your best work. • A Vibrant Workplace – Join us for monthly social and team building events. • Bring Your Best Friend – Our offices are pet-friendly!
