Director, Technology Strategy – Governance

• Drive alignment between technology delivery and business priorities, ensuring execution, agility, and innovation • Organize and consolidate technology roadmaps into a unified format for executive review and communication across the enterprise • Ensure successful execution of technology priorities by streamlining processes, managing demand, and driving operational excellence • Partner closely with the CTO and technology leadership team to clearly define, measure, and ensure the delivery of value • Facilitate and continuously improve standardized processes, templates, and tools that enable consistent planning, tracking, and reporting • Track, monitor, and report progress against technology objectives and key results (OKRs) to support data-driven decision making • Develop and manage communications from the CTO office to key stakeholders, including senior executives, business partners, and technology teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, program management, or strategic operations in a large, complex organization
  • Demonstrated experience designing and evolving technology governance models
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven experience consolidating roadmaps, managing demand intake processes, and ensuring accountability for measurable business outcomes
