Implementation Specialist

Suvoda

• Review and interpret global client documentation of payable activities (contracts, budgets, amendments, ICFs, and/or Greenphire-driven templates) • Identify areas of quality risk and/or need in pursuit of a best-in-class client, site, and patient experience • Apply best practices to extract and configure client data into payable activities from source document(s) • Collaborate and communicate with business partners to verify interpretation of payable activities • Adhere to auditing and monitoring checklists and procedures • Adhere to both internal KPIs and client-driven SLAs • Participate in internal and external calls regarding study implementation and complex configuration issues/needs; consult with clients and Client Delivery colleagues to achieve resolution and adhere to best practice • Contribute to internal process documents to ensure study configurations are consistent and following best practices • Partner with Product & IT teams to identify areas of enhancement across platforms • Support Client Delivery in establishing and maintaining positive client relationships • Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry with contract management-related experience preferred
  • Ability to dissect the key elements of clinical trial financial documents and identify payable activities
  • Ability to handle high volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent writing skills
  • A mindset of quality and risk mitigation in pursuit of the best client, site, and patient experience
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management skills to support shifting priorities and key client deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

The Implementation Delivery Lead (IDL) will help support the system development and testing for Channel Partner implementation clients. The IDL is directly responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class HR software and services. Responsibilities for an Implementation Delivery Lead may change based on client and project needs. The IDL's roles may include, but are not limited to, the below. Implementation Project Support 1. Work with the Implementation Leader to manage Implementation kick-off meetings, requirements discussions and status meetings with clients 2. Manage timelines through managing client expectations, anticipating possible issues and communicating turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates 3. Perform analysis and configure system as needed and lead the team with other bswift resources (product management, EDI) to meet client deliverables. 4. Work with the Implementation Lead to analyze Benefits Class Matrix, Requirements Template, Rates, Permissions, Field Options, Site Text, Import files of Demographic and Benefit Data, Export of vendor files, and other items as needed. 5. Configure system as needed based on clients requirements, testing new and existing system functionality to ensure accuracy of client system configuration 6. Work with Implementation Lead to train clients on new site and processes for implementation live date 7. Continuously refine and improve efficiency of the implementation process and proactively identify and mitigate project risks Client Team Support 1. Act as a coach and mentor for others on Channel Partner team 2. Research and resolve client inquiries regarding system and process issues, and test system enhancements based upon client needs 3. Help triage client issues and proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve client goals · 4-year degree in related field, or equivalent experience · 3+ years’ experience in account management · Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions · Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment. · Must be able to quickly sort through complex subject material · Strong analytical skill-set and ability to effectively use data for strategy · Proficiency in Excel, VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables is required · Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS or related software Why Join bswift?
