• Assess the needs and goals of prospective breeders to determine if PMG’s marketplace is the right fit. • Work to close new activations by handling objections and positioning PMG as a long-term partner. • Develop a strong understanding of the PMG marketplace and its features to articulate benefits. • Use Hubspot and sales tools effectively to manage activity and maximize productivity.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience (especially startup, inside sales, or call-heavy roles) preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills -you can earn trust quickly over the phone
- Comfort handling objections live on the phone
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- Self-motivated and competitive nature with a drive to win and exceed targets
- Coachability and performance orientation

Position Overview The Inside Sales & Training Associate serves as the primary point of contact for VA and Medical Center customers, providing end-to-end account support, order processing, and relationship management. This role engages with healthcare partners through phone, email, video conferencing, live chat, and in-person interactions to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience. In addition to inside sales responsibilities, the Associate travels on-site to deliver professional training to healthcare providers and represents CEFALY Technology at medical conferences and trade shows.
