Job Details: Partner Account Manager About The Role Constellation Payment Processing is a modern Payment Facilitator (PayFac) empowering SaaS businesses to grow revenue through seamless, embedded payments. As part of Constellation Software Inc. The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability across an assigned book of ISV channel partners. The PAM will build and execute strategies that align with Constellation Payments and the partner’s goals, strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities for growth. The PAM will forecast revenue, analyze partner performance and leverage data-driven insights to identify margin optimization and upsell and cross-sell opportunities. What You’ll Do - Serve as the primary point of contact for ISV channel partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention and alignment with strategic business objectives. - Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of partner performance, revenue growth and sales pipeline opportunities. - Create, review and analyze monthly financial reports, residual reports and performance dashboards. - Analyze existing channel partners portfolio to identify margin optimization opportunities including potential price increases. - Collaborate with partners to develop business plans, establish goals and create and execute go-to-market initiatives. - Understand market and current pricing for payment processing solutions for each partner’s industry or their competitors to make pricing recommendations and create pricing proposals for their merchant base. - Assist with creating and helping to manage and execute both a strategic and tactical sales plan to guide and achieve Channel Partners’ Payment and SaaS revenue goals for current and new books of business. Basic Qualifications - BS degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent experience. - Minimum of three (3) years Strategic Relationship Manager or Account Manager - Proven written and oral communication and interpersonal skills necessary. - Excellent computer skills including advanced skills with Excel. - Ability to understand others through advanced listening and comprehension skills. - Understanding of Credit Card Processing and Sales process. - Ability to travel for account meetings and industry trade shows as needed. Salary & Performance Incentives 💰 - Target Compensation: The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is projected to be between $100k and $120k CAD per year. - Compensation Structure: This range is inclusive of the base salary and variable compensation, such as a company-wide bonus or sales commission. The final compensation package will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, capabilities, and location.
