The Senior Event Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of Adobe’s first‑party (1P) and third‑party (3P) event portfolio, reporting tor the Senior Director, Executive Engagement & Marquee Events. This role is responsible for elevating event execution from tactical delivery to a disciplined, business‑driven function—defining standards, building scalable models, and ensuring events consistently deliver against business objectives. This leader will operate as a trusted partner across Marketing, Sales, and regional teams, bringing rigor, clarity, and excellence to how Adobe plans and delivers high‑impact events. AI Forum Leadership & Execution - Lead and optimize the team implementing the U.S. AI Forum program, owning end‑to‑end delivery across planning, budgeting, vendor management, and execution. - Manage key vendors effectively, including budget development, tracking, and optimization. - Own and drive all key event decisions to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution aligned with business priorities. - Build a “1P Event‑in‑a‑Box” execution model to support Year 2 of the AI Forum, enabling repeatable, scalable delivery. Scalable Execution & Vendor Strategy - Develop a global vendor execution framework, defining how internal and external resources are leveraged to scale 1P events efficiently across regions. - Build and maintain a strong global bench of event vendors, supported by clear playbooks, templates, and standards. - Establish a repeatable, methodical approach to first‑party event execution that can be adopted globally. Portfolio Strategy & Planning - Partner with leadership to develop a three‑year strategic plan for Adobe’s event portfolio, aligning investments with business impact, scale, and long‑term growth. - Help define and document what “event marketing excellence” looks like at Adobe—establishing clear roles and responsibilities, decision frameworks, and execution standards. - Evolve the function beyond logistics and execution to focus on the business of event marketing, including impact measurement, scalability, and operational rigor. Team Leadership & 3P Event Oversight - Help build and mentor a high‑performing team of event marketers across both first‑party and third‑party programs. - Lead execution across 3P events, serving as the point person until additional headcount is hired, and potentially owning both 1P and 3P programs long term. - Act as a trusted partner to leadership, providing clear recommendations, solid judgment, and consistent follow‑through. Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $140,100 -- $261,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $92,000 - $126,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
