Manager, Technology Fundraising Solutions
Vibrant
• Manage, maintain and optimize the fundraising CRM System, ensuring data accuracy, deduplication, documentation, and system improvements. • Optimize additional fundraising platforms including Classy, Double the Donation, FreeWill, Data Axle, Salesforce nonprofit cloud, prospecting platforms and others. • Identify and manage technology platforms and partners. • Create a prospecting process and system for grants, foundations and donors. • Ensure accurate data entry of prospecting, gift processing, and timely data flow between systems. • Build dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics for pipeline management, forecasting, and email and donor cultivation segmentation. • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports on fundraising activities. • Provide donor insights and wealth-screening summaries for Individual and Institutional Giving teams. • Assist with major donor moves management and tracking, preparing materials, and prospect research. • Leverage technology tools to develop segmentation models and automated workflows to support donor journeys and digital campaigns. • Partner with Finance, Marketing, Technology and Operations Teams to ensure clean data flow and integration across systems. • Serve as the technical lead for new fundraising innovation tools. • Develop processes and Train Development staff on all technology tools including CRM procedures, data systems, and reporting. • Work with team on prospecting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Salesforce Certification
- Ability to work EST time zone
- In-depth proficiency with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and fundraising technology tools specifically Salesforce Accounting Subledger and Atrata’s prospecting tool
- Data management, analysis, and reporting skills
- Strong understanding of fundraising principles and donor engagement
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work cross functionally
- Ability to work flexibly, potentially outside normal hours to support campaigns

• Architect and lead the company's supply base strategy across critical nuclear hardware and production systems • Develop a deep understanding of sourced Bill of Materials (BOM) at the component level • Build a proactive sourcing organization that anticipates risk, enables scale, and maximizes outcomes • Develop and execute comprehensive supply base strategies • Ensure critical components have defined sourcing strategies • Identify single-source risks and supply bottlenecks • Establish supplier segmentation and profiling frameworks • Own and manage the Approved Supplier List (ASL) • Ensure sourcing strategies align with nuclear regulatory requirements • Maintain knowledge of nuclear ASME Pressure Vessel Code requirements
• Manage Fund level projections and investor due diligence workflow through closing. • Perform quarterly updates to property level and Fund level projections based on actual events and annual tax returns, with specific attention to capital contribution adjusters, capital accounts and investor IRR. • Manage quarterly Fund financial statements and assist with the preparation and review of monthly Corporate financial statements, maintaining related workbooks and schedules. • Review Fund and Partnership operating agreements, record transactions, and monitor capital contributions received from investors and paid to Partnerships, ensuring all capital accounts are up to date. • Ensure compliance with Fund level operating agreements, analyze post-close waiver requests submitted by Asset Management and make recommendations to VP Fund Management. Coordinate and manage Fund audits, tax returns, and investor K-1 preparations. • Manage quarterly reporting obligations, investor requests, and annual analyses of Fund reserves. • Assist AVP Portfolio Management in data collection and analytics for annual Syndicator Assessment reports.
