At Chamber, we are rebuilding the system for cardiology so that outcomes, not volume, define success. We partner with independent cardiologists to lead population health in their communities. You will define how clinical and claims data are standardized, modeled, classified, and transformed into signals that power clinician workflows, operational dashboards, and performance reporting. You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Clinical Leadership, Quality, and Operations to establish shared definitions, governance principles, and a clear roadmap for how our data capabilities evolve. This is both strategic and hands-on. You will think in systems, care deeply about signal integrity, and make pragmatic tradeoffs that move the company forward without overbuilding. How We Work - We are a mission-driven team operating in a complex space - We value clarity, ownership, intellectual honesty, and thoughtful debate - We move quickly, but we take the integrity of our data and products seriously. - You will have meaningful influence over how Chamber’s intelligence layer evolves and how our customers experience data across the platform. Chamber Values Our values guide how we lead, collaborate, and care: - Low Ego: We stay grounded, curious, and open to feedback. - Empathy: We build trust through compassion and thoughtful communication. - Courage: We take action, think critically, and challenge ideas respectfully. - Ownership: We follow through with integrity and hold ourselves to high standards. - Grit: We push through ambiguity, move with urgency, and solve hard problems with horsepower and heart.
