This strategic role will focus on building and scaling a portfolio of AI offerings, including AI readiness assessments, AI solution design, and implementation services. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to define our AI strategy, develop actionable solutions, and establish E Tech Group as a leader in leveraging AI to drive value for industrial and manufacturing clients. You Will: - Develop and execute E Tech Group’s AI strategy, including service offerings, go-to-market plans, and client engagement strategies. - Collaborate with leadership to align AI initiatives with overall E Tech Group goals and verticalized market segments. - Build a scalable framework for an AI Readiness assessment model to evaluate clients’ AI maturity and recommend actionable next steps. - Partner with clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities for AI-based optimization, automation, and innovation. - Define, design, and oversee the implementation of AI solutions, working closely with project delivery teams to ensure successful deployments. - Create curated AI services and capabilities that integrate with E Tech Group’s existing systems integration offerings. - Establish E Tech Group as a thought leader in industrial AI by representing our organization at industry events, hosting webinars, and creating thought leadership content. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to educate prospects on the value of AI and develop materials to support AI services. - Build and lead an internal AI-focused team by identifying and hiring top talent. - Mentor and upskill existing staff in AI technologies and best practices, fostering a data-driven, innovative culture across the organization. - Stay ahead of industry and technology trends in AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), generative AI, industrial IoT, and related fields. - Identify tools, platforms, and frameworks to accelerate solution development and ensure high-quality client deliverables. - Launch new AI-focused service lines (e.g., AI Readiness Assessments, Predictive Maintenance AI, Computer Vision solutions, etc.) within the first 12 months. - Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. You Have: - A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required. - 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5+ years focused on AI, Machine Learning (ML), or data-driven software solutions. - A deep understanding of AI technologies, experience in industrial and/or enterprise systems integration, and a proven track record of successfully developing and delivering AI-based solutions. - 3+ years in a leadership role, with proven experience managing technical teams and driving strategic initiatives. Experience managing Sales, Revenue, and EBITDA targets is a bonus. - Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/ML models, tools, and platforms in a business context. - Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in industrial or manufacturing environments (e.g., predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, process optimization, computer vision). - Strong familiarity with industrial automation, control systems, or systems integration is highly desirable. - A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork. Overview A Payment Accuracy, Coordination of Benefits (COB) Specialist, is a member of the greater Coordination of Benefits Business Unit (BU). Coordination of Benefits involves situations in which an individual is covered by two or more health plans. A Payment Accuracy, COB Specialist, is responsible for reviewing and analyzing claims, member, and group data to identify instances of recoverable claims for the benefit of Cotiviti and our clients. Under direct supervision, this individual will be responsible for establishing the correct order of liability for our clients’ members. This individual will also be responsible for inputting accurate claim recovery information in the proprietary Cotiviti software tools, as well as assisting with related inquiries throughout the claim recovery process.
