While your daily work will be completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $210,560 - $276,360 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, annual vacation grant of up to 18 days per year, and annual performance bonuses. Responsibilities: - Perform preventative care screenings, complete medication reconciliation, diagnose medical conditions and provide health coaching, referrals and treatment when clinically appropriate, virtually via phone & video. - Outreach members who are more chronically ill based on historical and suspected health information. - Engage members who have a lower probability of seeing their PCP. - Identify areas in the member's medical journey that can be improved by increasing their access to care with a licensed provider. - Provide supervision to a group of APPs (NPs and PAs) who are delivering care in a virtual environment and provide professional & clinical growth - Clinical escalation point for the care delivery team as needed - Support development of clinical guidelines, continuous improvement of care model, and participate in collaborative projects with Operations and Product team members as a clinical leader. - Other duties as assigned - Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Requirements: - MD or DO from an ACGME accredited medical school - Board Certified in IM or FM - Must be licensed in TN and FL (full license, not telehealth) - Willing to work with our licensing vendor to apply for additional state licenses, if necessary - 5+ years of outpatient primary care experience - 1+ year of telehealth experience - 1+ year experience in supervising teams, including other clinical staff - Regulatory supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) - Experience with value based care documentation standards Bonus points: - Spanish language fluency - Licensed in MO, AL, MS - Strong understanding of risk adjustment methodologies, including HCC coding principles - Familiarity with HEDIS measures, including their role in quality improvement and performance measurement - Experience being metric driven in a practice setting as it relates to population health management and/or, quality benchmarks, and productivity This is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity. Communicate regularly to clarify questions, resolve issues, and ensure all parties are informed of the status and next steps. - Monitor and Track Deadlines: Manage the loan processing timeline, ensuring all contingencies and closing deadlines are met to avoid delays or additional fees. Ensure loans are submitted for clear to close review 7 days prior to close date and closing documents to title 3 days before closing. - Handle Closing Documentation: Once a loan is approved, coordinate with title companies and attorneys to prepare Closing Disclosures and closing documents. Follow up with Settlement Agents for them to schedule the final closing and ensure all paperwork is ready for signing.
