**What You'll Do** **Enterprise Implementation Leadership** - Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise implementations from kickoff through go-live, inclusive of complex EHR (e.g. Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner) integration builds, conversions, and migrations. - Develop and govern comprehensive project plans covering EHR integrations, interface builds, data validation, system configuration, workflow redesign, training, and go-live monitoring. - Establish & maintain clear governance structures, communication cadences, and executive status reporting mechanisms to fit large-scale health system engagements. - Drive achievement of time-to-first-value, user adoption, and other implementation success metrics. **Stakeholder Engagement & Risk and Escalation Management** - Lead communication to executive and operational stakeholders, ensuring implementation progress, risks, and impact is communicated clearly at all levels of customer organization. - Identify and mitigate cross-functional risks across technical, clinical, and operational workstreams, maintaining strong documentation and change management discipline. - Escalate and resolve issues with clarity and urgency, balancing customer experience with internal resource management. - Ensure high customer satisfaction as measured by NPS, CSAT, and long-term expansion readiness. **Startup-Minded Ownership & Continuous Improvement** - Operate with high accountability and a bias toward action in a fast-growing environment. - Think outside the box of traditional project management when necessary to remove obstacles and maintain delivery momentum. - Drive strategic internal initiatives aimed at improving the scalability and efficiency of the implementation process, focusing on scalable frameworks, playbooks, and tools as PatientIQ grows. - Drive internal process improvements informed by KPIs, delivery metrics, and enterprise client feedback.

Job Requirements

  • What You Bring**
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management leading enterprise SaaS implementations, preferably within healthcare or a regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise implementation governance, risk management, and change management principles, with experience operating in growth-stage SaaS, consulting, or professional services environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large health system clients and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience or exposure to EHR integrations (e.g., Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner) work preferred, but not required
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Notion), collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Hubspot CRM), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% annually.
