As a diversified, national organization, you’ll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. ***See Preferred Skills below*** Position Purpose: As the Senior Manager, Financial Planning, you will oversee, maintain and update budget systems, analyze monthly reports and update company forecast models. - Develop and analyze budget and financial forecast processes for Medicare - Review Medicare SG&A reporting and obtain data required for planning work function activities - Oversee Medicare SG&A organizational activities and recommend improvements - Disseminate relevant financial information to business unit leaders for effective decision making - Effective communication with Medicare Leaders and Business Partners - Evaluate and update policies and procedures to improve quality and ensure compliance with all related laws, regulations and executive orders Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards - People Leader experience Preferred Skills: FP&A experience Experience with streamlining and improving workflows for increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across operations. Demonstrated people management experience, leading teams to achieve goals and drive performance Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field. MBA preferred. 6+ years of public accounting or related experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. Hyperion and reporting systems experience preferred. Licenses/Certifications: CPA preferred. Pay Range: $107,700.00 - $199,300.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
