Position Summary Conair is hiring a Supply Chain Data Analyst responsible for transforming complex operational data into actionable insights that improve service, cost, inventory, and network performance. This role partners closely with all supply chain functions such as Transportation, Warehousing, and 3PL partners to support data-driven decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain. This person will be responsible for creating ad-hoc and long-term data products to support decision making, creating tools that automate or streamline new and existing processes, and digging into the operations to unlock efficiencies. Key Responsibilities Data & Analytics - Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data across demand planning, inventory, logistics and warehousing - Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs (service level, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, OTIF, cost-to-serve, productivity) - Identify trends, risks, and root causes impacting cost, service, and capacity - Perform ad hoc analyses to support business cases, network changes, and continuous improvement initiatives - Analyze volume trends, peak periods, and productivity metrics to support labor planning and shift optimization - Build and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders, translating operational data into actionable insights - Provide reporting support for customer-facing metrics and internal reviews - Analyze freight spend, warehouse productivity, and inventory movements to identify efficiency opportunities and reduce total landed cost Business Partnership - Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions - Support monthly/weekly operating reviews and forecasting processes with insights and recommendations - Provide analytical support for inventory optimization, labor planning, transportation cost analysis, and capacity modeling Systems & Data Management - Extract and analyze data from ERP, WMS, TMS, and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Manhattan, TMS) - Support data governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of data quality - Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations by validating data and reporting outputs Qualifications/skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or related field - 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or operations - Strong SQL and Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) - Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with ERP/WMS/TMS systems - Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and operational metrics - Python, R, or advanced analytics experience - Experience supporting 3PL operations or multi-site distribution networks Compensation: - Annual salary range of $90,000–$95,000, based on experience and qualifications. Environmental Factors: - Working conditions are normal for an office environment. - Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. - Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time. - This role is remote, EST Time Zone however candidate must be based in the MD/DC/VA area.
