Speech-Language Pathologist

This role is 100% remote. It is required to hold a state license in NJ (or be open to obtaining that license). Compensation: This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position. While annual compensation can vary based on the total number of hours an SLP desires to work, our clinical rates range from $40-$54 per hour. The clinical rate compensates for both direct care and indirect documentation. Clinicians who commit to designated high-demand hours (weekday evenings after 5pm and/or weekend daytime hours) are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $150 per eligible hour of availability, paid in two installments at 3 and 6 months of employment. Total bonus amount varies based on availability. Availability: SLPs have the flexibility to select a scheduling option that best fits their needs at either 36 or 40 hours of availability. All scheduling options include late afternoon and some evening time to meet client needs. Responsibilities • Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population • Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s custom technology platform and clinical tools • Deliver care focused on measurable outcomes, caregiver education, and engagement • Complete all documentation accurately and on time in accordance with quality standards • Maintain active participation in required trainings, communications, and compliance tasks • Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity Required Qualifications: • ASHA Certification / Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and individual NPI number • NJ state license (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) • Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms • Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings •Experience conducting assessments • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently • Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in teletherapy or remote clinical care environments • Experience with adult clinical care and assessments • Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) Benefits and Perks: •Benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance options for employees and families if qualified • 401(k) with employer match • Company-provided hardware for clinical care • Paid subscriptions for Super Duper, plus free in-house ASHA-approved CEUs • Dedicated support teams to minimize administrative burden • Clinician-built telehealth platform with our proprietary AI assistant, Scout, streamlining documentation and administrative tasks • Access to an active therapist community of 200+ SLPs nationwide • Monthly Grand Rounds and specialty clinical groups More About Expressable Expressable is an equal opportunity workplace. Position Summary The Molecular Science Liaisons are responsible for communicating the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external clients, such as physicians, scientists and other interested parties. This communication primarily involves face-to-face discussions with customers, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the field of oncology. These customer presentations will involve frequent travel throughout an assigned region (approximately 80% travel). The individual will gather, evaluate published literature and attend relevant conferences to ensure that Caris has the most up-to-date information regarding drug/biomarker associations. This information will also be utilized to further enhance the knowledge base of the targeted customer base within an assigned region. Job Responsibilities - Act as a conduit of information/feedback between the medical community and Caris Life Sciences regarding current products and the needs of the medical community to enhance patient care, new research developments, clinical trial activities and therapeutic approaches. - Present clinical data and educational materials to physician sites and/or conferences within an assigned region or nationally, as required by Sales and Marketing. - Promote CMI to physician sites across Europe, as required by Sales and Marketing. - Read and understand the scientific and technical literature in order to maintain knowledge of the therapeutic oncology field for customer engagement. - Assists with other related duties and special projects as required by sales and marketing. - Assist in field training contracted speakers as part of the Caris Speaker's Bureau. - Function as a field trainer of assigned region to provide an extension of our Director of Training. - Regional speaking engagements (Roundtables, Grand Rounds, Tumor Boards, etc.) with physicians to broaden CMI understanding clinically. - Attend select regional tradeshows, national tradeshows and participate in sales meetings to present relevant data necessary to promote CMI and educate clients in the marketplace. - Commercial input/review of marketing material to reflect current molecular landscape. Required Qualifications - M.D. or Ph.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular and cellular biology or equivalent training and experience required. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in a commercial atmosphere such as Pharmaceuticals or Commercial Lab space a plus. - Strong background in Molecular Oncology preferred.
